STEP 3 : SUBMIT HARD COPIES ,SUBMISSION DATE :01.04.2023, TIMINGS : 09.30 AM- 11.30 AM
Keep following documents ready in following sequence while submitting registration form:

Completely filled in and self attested print out of the Registration form which was submitted online.

Attested copy of the Birth certificate from Nagar panchayat/Nagar nigam/Gram Panchayat Secretary (Birth certificate issued online by the State govt. is acceptable, if it’s not hand written and legitimate.

Proof of Address of parent(s)(Adhar card/Driving License/Passport/Ration Card).

Recent Passport size Photographs of the child,father,mother and Guardian.

One recent Family photograph (Mother, Father and the child in one frame).
Mere filling registration form does not guarantee admission.
